I was born in Christchurch,New Zealand and moved to the Gold Coast Australia in 1994. Began living in Hervey Bay in 2004, where I had the good fortune to move right next door to the famous Barrie Thomas, and his wife Pam. How my life changed, my only previous Photographic experience had been in front of the camera.

Before I knew it I had a Canon 350D camera,a computer,(which I had never used before) a Photoshop programme, and was immediately addicted to Photography and learning new skills.

I have been Treasurer of the Hervey Bay Photography Club for 3 years.
